Official name

Technical conditions will be created so that facilities can be utilised outside the normal times of use. Examples of things to consider are access, safety, ventilation, lighting, cleaning. Energy efficiency will be taken into account by focusing evening and weekend activities in specific parts of the buildings or on specific days of the week.
